Our 30-minute WhatsApp counselling sessions offer a confidential, supportive space where your therapist is fully focused on you — your thoughts, your feelings, and what you’re currently carrying.
These sessions provide accessible support in a familiar and comfortable format. Whether you’re struggling with stress, anxiety, burnout, overthinking, low mood or simply need someone to talk things through with, WhatsApp counselling can help you feel heard, supported, and more emotionally grounded.
Who is counselling for?

When we empty the contents of our wardrobes and stare at the pile of clothes on the floor it can feel overwhelming. Where do we start? Wouldn't it be easier just to shove them all back in and shut the door?
One that can sometimes make you feel worse before you feel better. I liken it to having a clear out of our wardrobes (stay with me!)…
Perhaps that's not what we really want to do. Slowly we will pick up each piece, work through what we want to keep, leave behind and which items need more consideration.
Of course here, we are tidying our thoughts and feelings - not our wardrobes.

What happens when you decide you’re ready for your online counselling discovery call or Whatsapp Session

Click on the ‘begin your journey’ button below and select ‘book appointment’.

Here you can choose to book a counselling discovery call or a WhatsApp session straight away. Select a day/time that suits you.
3.
Once you’ve done this, you’ll receive an email to confirm your booking. We’ll also send a reminder ahead of our your appointment time.
4.
Come as you are. Please join onto our call a few minutes early. If you’ve booked a WhatsApp session as your first appointment, Natasha will message you at your appointment time.

Of course! Before we book your first session, it’s recommended that we have a discovery call. This is so we can meet and I can assist you with any questions you may have. This is also a wonderful time to see if we’re a good fit, counselling is personal, and needs to feel right, and that’s okay.

After your free discovery call, each WhatsApp counselling session is 30 minutes long and costs £30.00

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel before this we can rearrange your session. Appointments cancelled after this time are non-refundable.
